Seabrook Beach Club Nasa Texas

(Independent review by SDR's Punk Brady Style)

SEABROOK BEACH CLUB: Not a bad club for live music with potential for being a truly great live music venue. Lately a bit run down although management claims they have recently remodeled. (Check back soon for more info.) There is a nice swimming pool out back with a swim up bar that gets a bit of use in the summertime. One of the few places for live music in the Nasa area with room for a large crowd.

The owner of this place is a bit difficult when it comes to dealing with the bands that play here according to some reports. Also don't play here unless you are sonically challenged. They seem to hate volume of any kind. Sound systems is a bit particular so bring all your own gear if you can. They are open from 11am to 2pm.

Houston Live is a free resource for local and touring bands to help them find great places to play in the Houston area. It is a impartial review and we receive no money for this service. We also refuse to accept advertising money from the clubs we review so that we may call it like we see it. All reviews are based on unannounced visits to the clubs in question. We have set for ourselves the lofty goal of creating a local music community in the Houston area to allow great bands who originate here to stay here and further their music career. To further this goal we must have great live music clubs to support these local artists.
